St.Helena Handmaids Tamalada

We got together for a fun watch, spread and learn time making Tamales. We all tried our best to prepare the best tamales with several different fillings. We had brisket with chile colorado, Chicken and potatoes with chile colorado, pork with chile colorado, jalapeños and cheese tamales, sweet tamales, black beans and cheese tamales. We all had a great time drinking Calientitos a mexican christmas punch and met new friends. We will do it again Next Year. Save the date New Year's Eve, Eve Tamalada. We all took home several dozen tamales !
